Recommended movie
It's a good movie, not a great movie, but i recommend it because of its main message: Focus more on the process, not the final result.
Peaceful warrior:
Some thoughts about nba teams:
Celtics - Very irregular by now.
Miami - I have a feeling that they are not giving 100 % in the regular season so far. Relaxing for playoffs?
Okc -. They are adapting to the new players, but they are getting better. They will miss harden in the 4th quarter against big teams. Russel is not very good taking decisions near the end. Last night for example.
Dallas - One of the teams that will have some value this season. They can get good odds and be very comfortable in some matches.
Lakers - I would avoid it if you don't have a clear plan. Very unpredictable in "some" matches. It takes a lot of matches for the team to get it going and learn the new systems. If you study the matches that lakers lost, there are some patterns. Take some time to study it.
I will talk about other teams on the future.

Expectation
Hello traders,
Tomorrow i will make a new post. Today i give you this important definition.
Expectation:
In the case of uncertainty, expectation is what is considered the most likely to happen. An expectation, which is a belief that is centered on the future, may or may not be realistic. A less advantageous result gives rise to the emotion of disappointment. If something happens that is not at all expected it is a surprise.

Psychological framework
Hello traders, How are you?
Today i will talk about just one topic and i will discuss the other topics in the coming posts.
I hope you like the post and that you comment this post if possible.
I had the idea to write this post after watching a video about nba some months ago.
Basically, in that video, the owner of a nba team (Mark Cuban) went to a tv show to finally tell the reporters that that psychological issues that some nba teams suffer, like stress, pressure and other are just myths. He says that teams don't know nothing about that. They are just professionals, and they don't care about reporters opinions. So, in conclusion, the reporters create some psychological issues like pressure to justify some results, when pressure is not the thing, and it was team planning in Mark's opinion.
Video:
This topic is very important to tennis markets. I personally take a lot of decisions based on player's pressure.
Markets tend to be wrong in those situations because emotions come to play when pressure comes too.
But sometimes we overtrade in these kind of indicators
So, have you ever had that feeling that you are "sure" that one girl is going to break in the next game and the other player wins the game to love, or that one favorite is going to lose and from nothing he goes to win easily.
So, what i want to say is that sometimes we use psychological indicators to justify our decisions based on patterns and we create a habit of using it for everything and that habit is destructive.
This post is basically a warning/alert for you. The solution to the problem is to create better profiles about players and everything else and trade more matches between players that we know very well. If we trade matches with players that we don't know very well, stay with traditional patterns and system. Special attention to low rank wta. That matches can get crazy and out of control very very fast with a lot of different mumentums.

New post @ 24-10
Hello traders, how are you?
I don't have time to write a post today because im working in a lot of projects outside of trading but tomorrow i will make a new post. I have been trading more and more on football and results are really nice.
Topics i will discuss tomorrow:
- Psychology in sports? Are we over thinking or creating problem where they don't exist? How can we take advantage of this to "predict" some events?
- There are profitable systems in tennis. I have one that happens with a probability of over 80 % and the profit is bigger than the loss... The bad part is that it took me 2 years to notice that pattern. Success is not a sprint.
- Emotions are your enemy. I will explain what works for me and hopefully it will work for someone.
and btw i am working on the new website. tennismarkets.com is coming soon. (under construction : ) )

Entry point example (Us Open) / Common Mistake / Trading business
Hello traders, how are you?
I get a lot of emails asking for some advice regarding strategies and a lot of other things. In my opinion, most people don't have the patience to wait for high probability trades. Maybe that's why you can't make more profits. You need to be more patient.
I will give you an example of a high probability trade from Us Open
Berdych vs Federer
Third set
Berdych is one break ahead and holds. He is now at 1.13.
Federer is going to serv. So lets make some math.
According to the market's move, if fed hold, Berdych would trade @ 1.26 and if Federer won the first point at the next game, Berd would trade @ 1.36 +- (not sure now, but something like that)
So, what is the probability of Federer winning his serv game?
80%? More? Less? Value! Big Value!
Patience is the word for this example. This is one of the things that i have been working. Patience. I am not very patient sometimes.
----------------------------------------------
Common mistake - I see a lot of traders backing players from start a lot of times just because one player is a good favorite.
Solution: Study the match and try to guess the prices with your own study and then look at the market.
Example: At US open Errani was @ 1.8 to win against vinci. That's a big bonus. That's a price you can back from start, especially if we are talking about errani, because she fights a lot for every point. That is value. Big Value.
----------------------------------------------
I have some ideas for the future. I decided to don't give more classes but i think that it was one of the best experiences that one can have. Share some knowledge and make good friends in this business.
If you are interested in the classes and you really are commited to make it happen send me an email and i will give you the details.
Great things are coming...

Tribute to Errani/ Sharapova match
Congratulations to Errani for the fantastic season that she has been doing.
Errani does it again @ 1.8. Crazy prices. The price that i had in my head before watching the markets was near 1.50-1.6 and i watch 1.8. My first reaction was to check injuries and some other indicators and if everything was ok. Last match against kerber i was thinking about 1.45 - 1.55 for kerber and she was @ 1.26 against Errani. What am i trying to say? If you study, you profit. Simple as that.
------------------------------------------------
Sharapova match is in the third set now, but that is the kind of match that i can see it will be very dangerous for every trader.
Sharapova is not playing like the price says she is, but the market moves can kill you if you go against her.
Thats the kind of match you want to avoid IF you dont have a plan.

Warming up for Us Open (premier league trading)/ Quote of the day
Hello traders,
Us open is going really well. Yesterday was a great day for trading in atp regarding over reactions.
There were a lot of big prices that decreased very fast.
-----------------------------------------
Some years ago a very good tennis trader said one thing that changed my trading and it was something like this:
" buy a good player in a good price"
If you understand the idea behind this you will profit in the long term.
Start by making some questions to yourself, for example: What is a good player? ...
and build a strategy around that, but stay flexible because we are talking about tennis ;P

Reading a tennis match section/ Making changes
Fognini vs Kohlschreiber
Kohlschereiber started really slow and Fognini was dominating most of the points, so i backed some Fognini serv games without risking much because i don't like to have money in Fognini. Simple as that. Fognini is very weak mentally, and his patterns are almost always the same if you study him carefully. At one point of the match (1st set), Fognini was the favorite and i risked really very small because if i got a swing against me it would be huge. At this point i was near 20 %. Kohlschreiber was really playing very slow but fognini started to make some unforced errors at one point and kolhs intensity increased. Fog was going to serv i did not mind risk max 10-20 ticks to get 50+ ticks or something like that because Fog was getting in a bad mumentum. I would say that in that Fog's serv game the probability of break would be 40-50 %, so, that trade had a lot of value. Kohls breaks and i manage to get out at a good price. In my opinion Kohls was playing far from his best (and still managed to win) and Fog was getting more and more frustrated and you know what happens to him, so the second set in my opinion was going to Kohl in the long term (Remember: Everything can happen. My opinion was that but i knew mine max risk). The question now would be to get an entry point that would give me a confortable position. 15-20 ticks for the second set had a lot of value in my opinion. Fognini had a really bad body language. I know that body language. It's basically "i can't win" and he started to risk a lot of shots. That was a good indicator too.
Final result was 70%.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Making changes in our lifes is very important if we have bad habits. But to change is not easy. Normally the books say, "change your belief that cause that thing" but changing beliefs is not easy and takes some time. You will need a lot of willpower in the process of changing.
Some days ago i was searching for a new book to read and found this incredible book. I really love to read books about human psychology and why we are the way we are and do some things even if we know that we should do other things . This is probably the best non-trading book on that subject that i have read so far this year. The fact that the book is based on science is very important. One thing that you should do is to not believe in everything you read. After reading this book that belief got stronger. A lot of "self help" books teach you bad strategies that are against the human nature and can damage even more your progress. I can give you a lot of examples, but buy the book and thank me later.

Trading times/Blog post from Mark Minervini - confidence/ Blog news/ students blog price
Hello traders, how are you?
July can be a very dangerous month to trade tennis if you don't have the experience. Why? Expectations.
You expect a player to deliver a good performance and he does not do it. Why? Holidays mentality of course!
A lot of players start the holidays on July and some continue to play on tournaments but they are just there to party and rest, and put little effort to play.
For example, i remember well that Simon did this a lot last year, not in July. Dolgopolov sometimes... The list is big.
So in my opinion it's a great time to profit if YOU STUDY THE PLAYERS and PLAN the matches.
Imagine some scenarios and how you would trade in those scenarios.
For example: Check their twitter to understand the attitude that they have. There are a lot of sources that you can check.
Some of the matches can be very inconsistent with low ranked players so avoid long term positions. Mumentum can change very fast.

Work your weak spots
Hey traders,
Today i would like to talk about one common mistake that i see. I know a lot of traders that are very good reading matches but for example they are not good taking losses and most of times they think they just have to improve their reading to improve their trading. That's not correct. You can inprove your reading too, but if you don't work first your weak spots, you are not going to evolve.
So, focus on working on your weak spots first instead of working on your best spots. Thats the way to evolve.

This video is so powerful. I listen it almost every morning this month...
Yesterday was a great day for trading with near 2,5k profit. Sharapova price one set behind with lisicki serving very well and with a slow start after a rain delay @ 1.5 was incredible value to lay.
That was an incredible opportunity to risk 20 to 30 ticks to win more then 100 and the probability was in our side in my opinion.

Mastering sports / Music
Hello guys,
I am very busy lately with the Grand slam but today i had some time to write and did some trading on horse racing markets.
Today i would like to talk about a common mistake that i see a lot of times. What is it?
Trading a lot of sports, instead of mastering just one sport first.
I am not saying that trading a lot of sports is bad, what i am trying to say is that if you are starting to trade on sports markets its better to focus in one sport only and master it and then move on to the next one. One great analogy for this is if you are doing a lot of things at home, instead of doing one at a time. Your results will be better if you just focus in one activity.

Words by Will Smith / Warrior forum / advices productivity
Some days ago i was searching videos on youtube and i came across a Will Smith's music that was called "running and reading" - And he said that reading is very important because if you have some problem you can read a book about someone that had that problem and solve the problem. So, today i would like to share a forum that i use a lot that has nothing to do with trading, but it has a lot of experiences on how to overcome barriers/motivation and much more. The forum is mostly used by Internet Marketers. Internet marketers have to work online for money just like online traders and they usually are very good on time management and motivation because they have to work on a lot of projects, so you can learn a lot from them .
Check the sub forum Mind Warriors - Success, Power, Self-Improvement
----------------------------
Some advices regarding productivity
- Create a very good work ethic.
- Delete your facebook account
- Don't watch tv. If you love some show record it and see it on the weekend.
- Read 30 minutes day at least.
- Know your goals.
- Take some time daily to work your mindset.
- Sleep > 6 hours.

Reading a tennis match section / temptation
Hello traders, how are you ?
Today i would like to talk about a good indicator in tennis that a lot of people don't notice.
If a player loses the point it means that the other player wins it. But if one player makes an unforced error it does not mean that the other player is playing better. I think that you got the point that i am trying to explain.
One of the worst tennis trading mistakes is backing a bad player when we think that he is playing very well, but most of times, this is not the case, its the other player that is not playing well. I can't give pratical examples but i can tell you that this advice its very easy to put in practise, especially to avoid losses : )
Don't forget this:
"Common sense is not so Common"
............................................................
Temptation - its a word that is part of trading equation.
I was very greedy when i started trading and i am still very greedy and i think that greed is a big part of my success but if you are very greedy you will make a lot of "unforced" mistakes. So how can you avoid temptation especially regarding money? Avoid temptation situations. Do you get greedy when you look at your betfair bank and see that you need 10 € left to hit 10 k and you do bad trades? What's the solution?
The answer is very simple, but i will not say it. Solve the puzzle.
One example?
Why do you eat bad food at your home? Because you buy it.
Avoid the temptation situation by not buying that food. You will not have access to it, so you will not be tempted to eat it.
Its easier to avoid the temptation situation rather than having control over temptation.
My english is not very good. I hope you got the point.

Daily update / Adapt your trading style to your personality / prices
Hello traders, how are you?
Congratulations Maria for the # 1 : )
Today was a great day for trading tennis. Great Results but some could be better. For example in Sharapova match i expected her to win the match in two sets if she started well. It happened but i had some short term unlucky in my entry point and i missed her break in the first set and lost a lot of value in her price. It was frustrating because you have the plan and you know what is very likely to happen but if you don't have a great entry, because in this case there was some risk (kvitova), this match would not be so profitable because you would be influenced with some short term swings. So, a potential 0,5 k match that just finished with 80 € in both. I was a bit frustrated but i really try to focus on the process the best i can. Overall, i did a good trading in this match, going from -17 % to 8 %. I have been doing this a lot lately. A lot of short term unlucky in a lot of matches.
------------------------
I get a lot of emails asking for help and i would like to give some advice. First, like nadal says in his book, what separates champions from other players is the mental game. How do you trade when you have a big red? A lot of bad decisons? Do you keep cool head?
So, the best advice that i can give here is, adapt your trading style to your personality and ask yourself questions, good questions. If you apply these two concepts you can have a great life.
This is the best advice that i can give you, want examples?
Overcoming barriers
Instead of feeling bad and talking about failure, just react and ask yourself better questions. Learn from mistakes.
Ask yourself about your problems and learn with it.
Just some examples,
Ask yourself and you will get the answers.
Losses
I hate big losses, i really hate. What can i do? Ok i have to limit losses.
I have some problems to push the trigger to limit losses? Yes, in big losses.
What can i do to overcome that barrier? Quit a match while i have a small loss.
How much risk? Well, a risk that allows me to risk X times, or a risk that i feel is comfortable for me.
How can i find that ideal risk? Do some matches and take some notes when i am about to start making bad decisions or after i make a bad decision.
Tennis matches
Ok, i have a big loss? Why did i enter in this player? Am i comfortable with this risk?
Am i overtrading? What can i do next time to avoid it?
It's not difficult ;P
--------------
Some traders sent an email asking if i could decrease the price to access the babypuntz students blog again because they were interested before and i increased it very fast and they did not have the chance to get the 50 £ value. Daily update/ Trading classes update
Hello traders, how are you?
Another day, another trade. Today was not a great day for me on tennis. Made a good profit in Stosur match that was very tricky and lost some in Roger match (-120 €). Roger match was actually a very easy one to trade if you waited for the last sets, knowing that DP injury was conditioning him, but this time i did not figured it very well and i decided to dont risk more money because i was really tired : )
---------------------
I have a lot of people interested in the tennis guidance packages but i would like to say that if you want to take the guidance this is the moment to apply for it because i think i am not going to do it after this year and there is a lot of people interested and i can't give lessons to everyone at the same time.
The new prices for the package guidances are:
Babypuntz students area - 75 £
15 days - 350 £
30 days - 700 £
So, why the price updates?
In order to help the students 100 % via skype, i have to decrease my stakes to half. I planned to spend initially one hour/day with the student but sometimes i can talk up to 3-4 hours with a student and do up to three live matches on the most busy days and if i'm not tired.
So what's the value?
Listening the reasons for the trades and all the planning and decision making of someone with 4 years of experience of trading tennis and that aims to 4 digits everyday. Learning about all the subjects.

Common mistake - Fake injuries
Hello traders, how are you?
Today was a very good day with a 2k win in Li, but that's not the match that i would like to talk about.
I would like to talk about Murray match because i feel that most of new people trading tennis would finish with a loss because of that possible "injury". Why i know that? Because i was once a new tennis trader and got caught many times in situations like that
I would like this post to be an alert that you have to be careful with fake injuries. If we talk about fake injuries we have to talk about Monfils. So be very careful in his matches. Murray is also known for the injury body language. What is the best thing to do to handle these situations?
Well, the best thing to do is to avoid the match if you dont have the experience to do it, but in the case that you have the experience, the best thing to do is first, decrease your stakes, for example, i was trading with 1k stakes earlier and as soon as i saw murray injury body language that i know it could be fake i changed my stakes to 0,5k.
I hope you pay more attention to the fake injuries.. It's very easy to get caught.
I had big lessons about this subject. I once lost 1k with robredo and some profit with
Benesova ( http://babypuntz.blogspot.pt/2011/07/there-is-always-something-to-learn.html).
In that match Robredo had an injury that he looked like he was going to die. He broke and won the match. Lol . Its funny now but it wasnt back then.

Roland Garros Sensation / Reading a tennis match section
Hello traders,
what a great Roland Garros. Trading is going very very well.
This Roland Garros edition has some big surprises like David Goffin.
(from atpworldtour.com)
David Goffin, who defeated Poland’s Lukasz Kubot 7-6(4), 7-5, 6-1 to become just the seventh lucky loser - and first since countryman Dick Norman in 1995 at Wimbledon - to reach the Round of 16 at a major.
"Now I'm playing against Roger, and I can't believe it," said Goffin. "When I was young I had a lot of picture in my bedroom of him. I will prepare this match like every match. We will see. I will give all my best in two days."
Goffin had been elevated into the main draw when Frenchman Gael Monfils withdrew with a knee injury, and impressed on his Grand Slam debut with five-sets wins over Radek Stepanek and Arnaud Clement in the first two rounds - also his first two tour-level wins on clay.
"I'm feeling good, really good," he said. "First time in the main draw of a Grand Slam. I had three matches. I had nothing to lose. I wasn't the favourite, but I played my best tennis. Today it was three sets, three not perfect sets, but I was playing really good today. I'm really happy to win."
----------------------------------------------------
Reading a match section
I would like to talk about something very important in this match ( Goffin against Kubot )
Kubot was getting very angry with the crowd and it was easy to notice that, and he started to do unforced error after unforced error and the crowd was always putting pressure in him. In my opinion i expected way more from Kubot but he just showed that he is mentally weak.
I got in kubot ladder sometimes to try to catch a comeback after a possible "injury" in Goffin's hand but kubot was getting more and more frustrated. So, Goffin breaks back in the second set and for me it was the perfect moment to enter in him. Why? Kubot was getting very frustrated and his game was not going in, crowd was putting a lot of pressure in him and Goffin was handling pressure very well. I stayed with the position open till the end. Kubot body language was telling that he was not caring much and 20 ticks for a set with 2-0 in sets is value in this situation.
The price was very good, but unfortunately i was using very small stakes because in my opinion was a very risky situation, because of Goffin's experience. (Rules are rules)
Conclusion:
- in smaller courts, crowd can be a big part of success
- Body language is a great indicator because its a natural consequence of attitude
- Lower your stakes in risky situations. ( i am using 2k stakes at the moment, and in this situation i used 200 €)

Trading plan
I was updating my trading plan and i thought it would be a good idea to share this with you,
Trading plan template by Tim wilcox.
Link
Some advantages of using it(taken from the pdf)
• Relaxed, stress free trading that is simpler with a plan than it is without one
• Ability to monitor your progress, diagnose faults and amend the plan accordingly
• A plan helps to prevent many psychological issues from taking root
• A plan that is adhered to strictly will reduce the number of bad trades
• A plan will help prevent irrational decisions in the heat of the moment
• A plan enables you to control the only thing you can control - yourself
• Professional traders are highly disciplined. A plan will instil a large measure of
discipline into your trading. Gamblers tend to lack both discipline and a plan
• A plan will enable you to trade outside your comfort zone. How many times have
you let a loss run and cut a profit short because it was the comfortable thing to do?
A plan, executed with discipline, will help to prevent this from happening
• A plan is your roadmap which will enable you to get from wherever you are now to
wherever you want to be – i.e. consistent profitability
• The template (and, by implication, your plan) – is designed in such a way that if
you do take a ‘wrong turn’ on your roadmap, you will know about it very quickly
and have the opportunity to correct the problem before losses spiral out of control
Treat your trading like a business. Don't Gamble.

Improvements for a better trading (focus, intensity)
Today i would like to give a quick tip about something that helped me to trade better and to keep a good focus and intensity during the day. You will think that the idea is crazy but it helped me a lot.
I used to have a very comfortable chair, a very expensive one, and i thought it was very good for me, but it wasn't. I can be 50 % more productive with a cheap chair as long as it is good for your back and its not very very comfortable the way you would not sleep. One thing that i learned some time ago is that one of the ways to change your mental state is the way you use your body physically. For example. That expensive and very comfortable chair made me very comfortable, so, i would have a very comfortable mental state, and my attention would be in "comfortable mode", rather than "alert mode".
For the people that say, "oh you need a very good chair that is very very comfortable because you will have back pain sooner or later" i would recommend doing more physical exercise that includes back exercises. One hour/day at least.
Good trades guys and try the idea.

Full time trading - from dream to reality
Hello traders, today is a great day, isnt it?
I usually dont make posts about my life but i would like to share today a good conversation that i had with my parents. The result was very good and i was not expecting it at all.
With all the crisis that Europe is facing and Greece not wanting to adapt we started talking about unemployment in our country and the future of it (Portugal). And during the conversation i started to explain my parents the things that i had in mind for my future with all that passion and usually they were very negative to agree with my perspective but this time i convinced them to trust me and give me a chance. I said that i didnt want to work 40 years behind a secretary doing something that i dont love and i explained my point that is very similar to what i learned in the book "Rich dad poor dad". The author calls it "the rat race". You work for other people. You make them rich and you will just get wealthy and have time to enjoy other things near the end of the career, if you get there. Is this want i want? NO. Most people will think that im just talking about money. I'm not. I'm talking about doing what you love to do and use the best thing we have, TIME. My parents are very successful and i respect their perspective but they play it very safe and don't have big dreams and motivation. So i asked them to trust me and they respected my decision, so, i will start trading fulltime during/after summer.
Never let your dream go away... you will regret later.
Some quotes from the book "Rich dad Poor dad"
"You must be an observer, not a reactor to your emotions. Most people do not know that its their emotion that are doing the thinking. Your emotions are your emotions, but you have got to learn to do your own thinking."
"By not giving in to your emotions, you were able to delay reactions and think. That is most important. We will always have emotions of fear and greed. From here on in, it is most important for you to use those emotions to your advantage and for the long term, and not simply let your emotions run you by controlling your thinking."
"Most people have only one problem in mind, and it’s short term."
"If they think money will solve problems, I am afraid those people will have a rough ride. Intelligence solves problems and produces money. Money without financial intelligence is money soon gone."

Trading softwares / never quit what you love. change instead/ free time section
Hello traders, How are you?
This is a great time to test new softwares in order to choose the one that has more value. I have always been a fan of a single window with all the tools to trade and i thought that i had that belief but i really missed geeks toys when i tried other softwares. Its not because im used to it, its because it enables to place things that i want on the place that i want with the colours i want... I really missed my graphs :D . I use just two monitors and i want to keep it that way and geeks toys allows me to organize everything very well. Geeks toy gets my vote. Whats your trading software? leave a comment.
-------------------------
I like to read a lot. It's food for the mind and the source of many ideas. Today i read a post on a forum about someone that is going to quit trading because he is very "unlucky" and "works a lot".
My first question would be, Do you love trading?
If you do, quitting is not the answer.
"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover" – Mark Twain
Do you want quit something that you love, really? Do you want to be very old and regret not making some things differently?
He says that he is unlucky. Let me tell you something. Success is self-created and you have to own your mistakes and failure and move on. If you were "unlucky" it's because you have made a decision towards it and if you are trading, luck and unlucky must not be in your dictionnary a lot because its not a game of luck.
So what's the best attitude that we can have and that helped me a lot when i started. We have to be more HONEST. Most people have a lot of pride and a perfect self-image and thats not correct. If you want to have success and if you are starting trading, you have to be honest to say that you arent a trader and you are willing to learn. Practising honesty is fundamental. Its very important for something to change.

Funny text from an interesting book
Book - Trader Vic - Methods of a wall street master. (top trader from financial markets)
I laughed a lot when i read this text. I have some interesting stories too. Expensive lessons ;P
" The $4017 HAIR DRYER
One day in 1979, I was trading the commodities when i got a call from my friend, susan. I was long 40 wheat contracts, and the market was moving, so i had to watch the position intensely. I had a mental stop set to get me out and limit my losses. Anyway, Susan calls me, she's hysterical-crying, sobbing, sniffling-to the point that i can't understand what she is saying.
Naturally, i was concerned. I thought that maybe she and her husband had been fighting, that some real crisis had occurred. Then the truth came out.
Through sobs and sniffs i heard, "MMmmm....my hairdryer, it's.... its........ it's broken!
I just couldn't believe my ears. "Your hairdryer! is that why you are so upset!" I looked over at my good friend
and longtime partner. Norman Tandy, he just rolled his eyes.
"Susan", I said, "Susan calm down. How much do hairdryers cost?"
"Sniff...17 dollars."
At this point, I'm amazed and on the verge of bursting out laughing, "If it will make you feel any better, I'll buy you another one."
Naturally, any time someone gets so upset over a hairdryer, something else is really wrong. So, I started talking to Susan, trying to help her come to terms with whatever was really bothering her. In the process, i lost my mental focus.
I looked at my screen, and wheat had dropped 2 cents below my mental stop. That's $100 times 40 = 4000 bucks. I immediately called and sold the position, losing $4000 more than i had mentally allowed. A $4017 hairdryer, and i didn't even get to pick out the color"

Horse racing days/ Update of babypuntz students info post
Screenshot from the best race today. Started the day very slow and decreased the stakes. When you are still slow and not focused always decrease your stakes and when you are trading very well increase them but always respecting money management. Not my best result (near 100 €) but my idea for this post is to give some motivation to the people starting. There is a lot of competion in horse racing and you need some months (at least)to develop the feeling of the market. I have been trading it for 4 months now and everything just can get better.

Nba Playoffs!! / powerful methods for ideas / geeks toy / students blog / free time section
Nba playoffs arrived finally!! Some great matches already like the OKC match against dallas and the "miracle" of Clippers 27 point comeback (!!!!) @ Memphis. The last one was really crazy and here is the video:
First impressions of some teams and my expectations:
SAS - They have been playing = A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. Tony Parker has been amazing. San Antonio = money if their price has some value. They work hard and team depth is good.
DAL - I was sure that they werent playing at their full potential lately and they just proved it in the first match against OKC. They lost the first match but they will give a big fight. Watch out if Terry is on fire. Ask Miami what is that if you don't know ? : )
OKC - They are very strange lately. Not the same level they used to play. Maybe it's temporary or not...
LAL - Very strong interior but if the opposite team has a quick and smart pg (top pg), he will destroy this team.
NYK - They are not good defenders.
MIA - The favourites. They are playing very well and they are very focused. I would say that they have an easy road to the finals now, because D.Rose is injured (good luck man, wish you the best).
ORL - I would avoid enter in Orlando matches. They are a very inconsistent team. They have a lot of playoff experience. They can play really well or really bad. Most of times depends on their 3's %.
IND - They solve a lot of matches on the last quarter. This is an important idea because if they play with an experienced team sometimes it can go other team's side.
CHI - Hard working team but without D. Rose will be very difficult to match Miami.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Powerful methods for ideas
It's simple. Do you know that kid's game where you say one word and the other kid says a word related to the first one?
For example:
Trading -> horses markets -> pre -live -> low risk ->
The other method is to just sit down and ask yourself questions. If you ask good questions you will
get good answers. For example ask yourself: "How can i create an edge?" and stick to it for some time.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Geeks toy is going to be paid. I want to thank The geek for developing a great software. I think this is a good time to try all the softwares for a lot of people and choose the one that you think has more value for the money. What's your favorite software and why? Leave a comment.

Motivational videos/inspiring movies
I watched this video on trading tennis blog and it gave me the idea to talk about some of the videos and movies that inspire me.
Carnegie Mellon Professor Randy Pausch (Oct. 23, 1960 - July 25, 2008) gave his last lecture at the university Sept. 18, 2007, before a packed McConomy Auditorium. In his moving presentation, "Really Achieving Your Childhood Dreams," Pausch talked about his lessons learned and gave advice to students on how to achieve their own career and personal goals.
I watched this one yesterday and its a about a professor that had a deadly disease and this is called "the last lecture". It's really inspiring.
Inspiring movies that i recommend:
